Ordering from the Red Head Ranch store is simple. Browse our wines, available in sets of 3, 6, or 12 bottles, or our apparel by choosing the appropriate menu on the left.  If you would like to purchase the item, select the quantity of items and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the products to your shopping cart. If you would like to purchase more products, simply navigate using the categories on the left or top of the page. This will allow you to continue shopping.

When you have added all of the desired items to your shopping cart, click on the "View Cart" menu located in the upper right hand area of every web page within the Red Head Ranch store. Then you can review your entire shopping cart, and make any last adjustments. When you are ready, simply click on the "Checkout" button to begin the checkout process.

Check for the "lock" symbol on your browser frame during critical steps in the checkout process to ensure that your information is absolutely safe.

Checkout

Checkout consists of a series of steps. At the end of each step, click the "Next Step" button to proceed, or "Previous Step" button to go back and make changes.

The first steps gather your name, billing address and shipping information, as well as the desired shipping method. You can find out the estimated shipping costs by entering your zipcode. At the payment options page, please enter your credit card information into the required fields. Red Head Ranch accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment.

On the final page of the checkout process, please review your order information to make sure everything is correct. If needed, use the "Previous Step" button to make corrections before finalizing your order. If everything appears to be correct, click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.

After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. You should receive your order within 3-10 business days.
