Tasting Notes
Our second offering is very similar in style to the 2003, but with a bit less residual sugar. As with all our wines, it was bottled unfiltered to maintain an optimal mouth feel and complexity. The hue is slightly golden in color. The nose is lightly perfumed with aromas of lichees and Asian pear giving way to inviting hints of honey and vanilla. Wonderful as a well-chilled aperitif, or as an after dinner treat.
