2004 Growing Season

The growing season saw a relatively early bloom, followed by a warm (rather than hot) summer with cool nights - perfect conditions for even growth. Late August saw the arrival of hot weather which persisted through the early harvest.

Winemaker Profile

Steve Glossner, consulting winemaker, has practiced his art in Paso Robles for over 10 years producing some stellar wines, among them the 1994 Justin Isosceles, for which he was awarded the internationally prestigious Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande trophy. He has known and loved the fruit from the Beckwith and Old Bailey vineyards for many years.
