Winemaking
Grapes hand harvested followed by open-top fermentation. Each lot was carefully fermented with manual punch-downs performed twice a day. The wines were then pressed off before dryness in order to maintain their individual fruit characteristics and aromatic nuances, and barrel aged for 18 months in 1-3 year-old French oak barrels.
Bottled unfiltered on October 2, 2006.

Tasting Notes
A soft and supple wine, rich and bright in forward fruit, this Paso Robles Zinfandel exhibits a delicate body brimming with flavors of cherry jam, brambly blackberry pie, and white chocolate, heightened by crisp acidity and a long lingering finish. This wine pairs beautifully with food and will show well over the next few years.
